Hooray for New Zealand!

By DAFT

Too long has New Zealand stood in the shadow of Australia. Too long have we had to put up with foreigners thinking we’re part of Australia. Australians stealing our pavlova, bands, horses and actors.
All the other political parties let Australia walk over our national identify. DAFT does not. Which is why we’re having a Hooray for New Zealand!, out side the Australian High Commission.

Fig. 43) The New Zealand flag, although similar to Australia’s, is not the same.

Bring your black singlets, number 8 wire, drums (for making noise), NZ Flags, rugby balls, pet kiwis. We’ll even see if we can get a BBQ fired up (weather permitting).

This is a peaceful celebration of New Zealand sponsored by DAFT. Everyone is welcome, even if you’re not from New Zealand, but just want to give us Kiwis some props for being so darn awesome.
